New additions for the upcoming season
4 new drivers for 3 classes
It's September and the new season in different racing series is just around the corner. So it was time again to look around for reinforcements in several classes. After a successful test phase we are happy to announce that Miguel Freitas, Sven Groot, Mario Vehlgut and Tim Greven will support us in TCR, Porsche Cup and GT4.
Let's take a short look at the individual drivers together.
Miguel Freitas
Miguel will support the TCR in series such as the 24H SERIES Esports or the DNLS. The young Portuguese comes from Porto. He had already achieved great results. He currently competes in the World Touring Car Series. He has also already won a race on the Nordschleife.
Mario Vehlgut
In the Porsche Cup, Pascal gets support from Mario for the upcoming IVRA ClubSport Series. Mario comes from near Stuttgart. They have already practiced together for the Porsche Esports Supercup Qualifying Series. Unfortunately, it was not quite enough for Costa to get into the Contender Series. Now they want to hold their own in the IVRA ClubSport Series and possibly secure a starting slot for the 24H SERIES Esports next year.
Tim Greven
Tim already has several years of experience in sim racing, especially in iRacing. Both driving and off the track. Tim Greven, who originally comes from the Netherlands, will manage the newly founded GT4 Squad together with Timo and of course support them behind the wheel.
Together they could already celebrate the first small success by qualifying for the 24H SERIES Esports. We are excited about what is still possible in GT4.
Sven Groot
Last but not least - Sven Groot. Another native Dutchman joins the team. Sven was one of the first drivers we were able to recruit for the newly formed GT4 Squad. Accordingly, Sven will mainly be used for the 24H SERIES Esports and the IVRA ClubSport Series. However, other assignments are also possible.
I am very happy about all the reinforcements in the team! This does not exclude the possibility that one or the other will also come at the beginning of the season, especially since we recently had to accept again departures that were not planned. But we are very happy and look forward to the coming season with confidence. This winter we want to make the next step and make ourselves felt in one or the other class even further ahead in the field. This is definitely possible with these reinforcements.
Team Principal, Timo Heyden
